Introduction
Officers in Anrok represent someone in your US-based selling entity who has the authority to sign and have their names listed on your company’s returns. For Anrok to effectively register in a jurisdiction and file returns on your company’s behalf, at least one officer must be listed on your company's account.
All information fields requested by Anrok reflect data required by the jurisdiction for a business or seller's registration. Different jurisdictions may have varying requirements, but it is common for them to keep a record of the individuals responsible for a business and any other pertinent details such as date of birth, phone number, social security number, and percentage of ownership.

If you do not want to provide the details listed above, please reach out to our registrations team at registrations@anrok.com. We will send you instructions on registering yourself and then linking your account with us.
Add an officer
You can seamlessly add an officer in Anrok to ensure the correct officer is listed for registrations and return filing.
Tip
You will generally only need to have one officer listed on your Anrok account. This officer must be someone in the US-based selling entity who is authorized to sign and have their names on returns.
Try adding an officer in the demo above ☝️
- In the Anrok app , go to Settings. Take me there!
- Navigate to the Officers tab, then click Add officer.

Provide the following required information:
- Name and title
- Percent ownership
- Phone and email
- Social security number
- Date of birth
- Address
- When you are finished, click Save.
Edit an officer
You can handily edit an officer’s information if previously inputted information has changed and needs to be updated.

- In the Anrok app , go to Settings. Take me there!
- Navigate to the Officers tab, then next to an officer, click Edit.
- Make the required edits to the officer’s information.
- When you are finished, click Save.
Remove an officer
You quickly remove can if they have changed roles in your company, left your company, or otherwise should not be listed on registrations and returns moving forward.
Note
It is recommended that you do not remove all officers from your account. If no officer information is present, Anrok will not be able to register your company in new jurisdictions.

- Navigate to the Officers tab, then next to an officer, click Edit.
- Click Delete, then select Delete to confirm.
