Change your company information

Introduction

When setting up your Anrok account, Anrok will ask for varying degrees of company information before Anrok can begin registering and filing on your behalf. During this process, Anrok will require you to provide the following categories of company information:

  • General business — represents basic business information used for business/entity verification, such as your business name, EIN, address information, business phone number and email, and NAICS code.
  • Registration information — represents business information required for registration, such as your legal entity type, state and date of incorporation, and registered agent information.

The general business information requested by Anrok reflects the Know Your Client (KYC) standards required to verify you are a legal business/entity. The registration information requested adheres to the information each jurisdiction requires a business or seller to provide for registration and sales tax account creation.

Different jurisdictions may have varying requirements, but they commonly keep a record of the individuals responsible for a business and any other pertinent details.

 


 

Edit your company information

You can handily edit company information to ensure Anrok has the correct information listed for registrations and return filing.

Try editing your company information in the demo above ☝️

  1. In the Anrok app CleanShot 2023-07-20 at 12.02.21@2x.png, go to Settings. Take me there!
  2. Navigate to the Company tab, then next to General business or Registration information, click Edit.
  3. Make the required edits to your company information.
  4. When you are finished, click Save.
