To file sales tax returns and make payments on your behalf, Anrok needs access to your existing sales tax account in each registered jurisdiction.

Alabama
Information required:
- Sales Tax ID Number
- Sign-on ID
- Access Code
- Third-party Password
Where to find:
- Your Sales Tax ID Number is the nine-digit account number found in your My Alabama Taxes (MAT) Account.
- Your Sign-on ID and Access Code were mailed to you when you first registered your sales tax account.
- Your Third-Party Password is created in your My Alabama Taxes account. If you haven't set one up yet, follow the Action Items below.

- To check for or enable third-party access within your My Alabama Taxes Account:
- When logged into your MAT account, click the Profile Icon at the top-right of the page and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
- Alternatively, click the My Alabama Taxes (Home) link to go to the page you see when you first sign in, then click the Manage My Profile link in the top-right of the page.
- Click the Other Actions... tab near the top of the page
- Check that Third-party access is allowed
- NOTE: You will need a Full Access or Administrator MAT login to manage third-party access.
- To create a Third-party Password:
- In the Access panel of your MAT account, click the Manage Third Party Access link
- Next to the Allowed label, you’ll see a link that displays the current setting for third-party logins for this account. Click that link to change the setting.
- NOTE: If third-party access is enabled, you may configure a third-party password by clicking the Set Password or Update Password link. This password should be different from your own passwords since you will give it to third parties.
- Click OK to set the third-party password. The Anrok form will ask for this password.
- Return to the Anrok app, complete the form, and submit it
Arizona
Information required:
- Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Account ID
Where to find:
- In the Business Details of your Arizona Taxes account.
Action items:
- Send your TPT ID to registrations@anrok.com. Within the next 1-3 business days, Anrok will send you an email indicating that they have submitted an access request to your Transaction Privilege Tax account.
- To approve you will need to login into your Arizona taxes account, and in the Business Registration section of the left-hand menu, you will have an option to select Approve Access Requests.
Chicago
Information required:
- Property Lease Transaction Tax (PPLT) account ID
Where to find:
- In the Account section of your Chicago Business District account.
Action items:
- Please complete the draft letter linked below with your company information and your 6 digit Personal Property Lease Transaction Tax (PPLT) account ID and have signed by the applicable officer. DRAFT CHICAGO LETTER
- Return the completed letter to registrations@anrok.com or you may submit it yourself to RevenueDatabase@cityofchicago.org, please copy Anrok on your email.
Colorado
Information required:
- Colorado Sales Tax Account Number
- SUTS Account Number and Activation Code (if you are registered with the Colorado Sales & Use Tax System)
Where to find:
- Your Colorado Sales Tax Account Number is located on your sales tax permit
- If you are registered with SUTS (Colorado Sales & Use Tax System), log in to your account and find your SUTS Account Number and Activation Code at the top of your account homepage.

Log in to the Colorado Revenue Online account
- In the upper right-hand side, select "Manage My Profile."

- Click "Next."
- Under Username, enter "alft@anrok.com"

- Select "All Periods"
- Under Account Access, select Sales Tax account
- Select Submit

Connecticut
Information required:
- Account ID
- Connecticut Registration Number
Where to find:
- Your Account ID and Connecticut Registration Number can be found in your myconneCT account, in the Sales Tax section

District of Columbia
Information required:
- District of Columbia Sales Tax Account Number
Where to find:
- Log in to your MyTaxDC account to find your Account Number, in the Account Detail section.
Initial action items:
- If you're not already filling out the form for D.C. in Anrok, log in to your Anrok account and go to the Jurisdictions page
- Click “Register” for District of Columbia
- Complete and submit the form in Anrok, ensuring that the email you provide will be monitored to complete the process.
Next steps after submitting the form in Anrok:
- Monitor the email you provided in the form. In 1-3 business days, you will receive an access request from Anrok’s filing entity, A LFT, Inc.

Once you receive this email, log back into your MyTaxDC account to approve the access request.
- Approval can be granted by clicking into the Manage My Profile section in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen. Navigate to the Third Party Access. Anrok will need approval for all sales tax functions (view, file, pay).
- Monitor your email for any follow-ups from Anrok until access is confirmed
Hawaii
Information required:
- Hawaii Sales Tax Account Number
- Hawaii Sales Tax Letter ID from an excise tax correspondence from the state, OR the most recent excise tax payment from your last return

Hawaii Sales Tax Letter ID is included on all correspondence from the state regarding your excise tax account

Iowa
Information required:
- Iowa sales tax account Access Code.
Where to find:
- This information would have been mailed when you first opened your account. Format: XXX-XXX.

Kentucky
Information required:
- Link Anrok to your existing Kentucky OneStop account
Where to find:
Action items:
- Once logged into your Kentucky OneStop account, select Manage Permissions
- Select Invite User
- Make sure Business Services is selected in Step 1 and select Continue
- In Step 2, enter "Bradley" in the first name field, "Silicani" in the last name field, and "alft@anrok.com" in the email field, Select Continue
- In Step 3, use the dropdown to select your business and select continue
- In Step 4, select the plus by sales and use tax. Check the boxes for Sales and Use Tax Viewer, Filer, and Payer. Then select continue
- In Step 5, make sure all three roles are selected (viewer, filer, and payer) and select continue. An email will be sent to Anrok confirming user access
Maryland
Information required:
- Follow the action items outlined below to add Anrok to your tax account

- Log in to your Maryland Tax Connect account
- Select the "Profile Information" tab
- Select "Manage Authorized Users" and then "Add New Authorized User" at the bottom right side of the screen.
- User ID: ALFT1
- Registration Confirmation Number: TU00000003090
- Then, you will want to select the radio button next to the business name
- The start date you will want to list is 1/1/2025
- Select "TaxPayer Function" and select the following
- File Returns for All Taxes
- Make Payments for All Taxes
- View Notices
- Select "OK."
- Then select "Account Authorizations."
- Select the radio button next to "Sales and Use Tax."
- The start date you will want to list is 1/1/2025
- Select "Account Functions" and select the following radio buttons
- File Returns
- Make Payments
- View Tax Type Specific Notices
- Select "OK."
- Select "OK" again
- Then select "Save."
- Then select "Confirm."
- Return to the Anrok app, complete the form, and submit it
Massachusetts
Information required:
- Follow the steps outlined below in Action items.

- Complete the form in Anrok and submit.

New Mexico

- Log in to your New Mexico Taxpayer Access Point (TAP)
- Select the "Manage My Profile" link in the top right corner
- Select the "More Profile Options…" tab
- Select the "Manage Third Party Access" link in the Access Management panel
- Select the "Add" link
- Follow the on-screen instructions to grant another taxpayer access to your account.
- Grant Access by adding “Other Taxpayer’s Logon” - alft@anrok.com
- Click Add/Edit Account Access and select View, File & Pay
- Select “Gross Receipts Tax” from the available account type
- Select Submit
- Return to the Anrok app, complete the form, and submit it
New York
Information required:

- Log in to your New York online account
- When you log in, select the “three lines” on the left-hand side next to Services. Under the “Business” section, select “User Summary.”
- Then click “Add a New User,” which will present the following fields. Please use the below information for Anrok, inputting your Company name where it notes COMPANYNAME:

Ohio
Information required:
- Ohio sales tax ID
Where to find:
- On your sales tax permit mailed by the state, or within your Ohio Business Gateway sales tax account.
Action Items: Ohio has a two-step process
- First: Send your Account ID to registrations@anrok.com. Within the next 1-3 business days, Anrok will send you an email indicating that they have submitted an access request.
You will need to go to your Gateway account, navigate to the Account Access Management section and approve the Request by checking the check mark next to the ALFT request. - Second: Once Anrok confirms account access, they will request specific service area access to your sales tax accounts. Anrok will email you when this request has been submitted. Again, you will need to go to your Gateway account, navigate to the Use Authorization section.
From here you will need to give ALFT full permissions to the Read, Edit, Create, Delete, Submit functions with respect to the three sales tax items request: file a return ST-1, make payments and make accelerated payments.
Pennsylvania
Information required:
- Pennsylvania Account ID
- Pennsylvania Revenue ID
Where to find:
- These IDs can be found in your Pennsylvania e-Tides account in the "Enterprise Maintenance" section.
Action items:
- Email your Account ID and Revenue ID to registrations@anrok.com. Within 1-3 business days, Anrok will send you an email indicating that they have submitted an access request to your sales tax account.
- To approve you will need to login into your Pennsylvania e-Tides, where you will see the request to approve in your Messages section.
Rhode Island
Information required:
- Your Rhode Island sales tax ID
- Your Rhode Island PIN number
Where to find:
- Your sales tax ID can be found when you log in to your Rhode Island tax account
- Your PIN would have been received on a paper mailing from the state when you first opened your account. If you cannot locate your PIN you can contact the Rhode Island taxpayer division to request it.
Action items:
- Email your account ID and PIN to registrations@anrok.com
South Carolina
Information required:
- Sales Tax Account ID
- Sales Tax Letter ID
Where to find:
- Your Sales Tax ID can be filed in your MyDorway account, in the sales tax detail section.
Action items:
- Your Letter ID can be filed on your sales tax permit, which can be accessed in the Messages section of you MyDorway account
- Email your sales tax ID to registrations@anrok.com
South Dakota
Information required:

Log in to your South Dakota online account
- Select "Add/Edit User Accounts" under the Select an Account function to perform
- Add username: COMPANYNAME-Anrok (replacing your company name where it says COMPANYNAME)
- Select the "radio button" near your license number
- Select "Add User"
- Take note of the username you added and the generated password.
- Return to the Anrok app, complete the form, and submit it
Tennessee
Information required:
- Tennessee Sales Tax Account Number
- Letter ID from the state
- Amount of sales tax due on your most recently filed sales tax return, if greater than $0
Where to find:
- Your Tennessee Sales Tax Account Number can be found in your TNTAP sales tax profile or your sales tax permit
- Your Letter ID can be found on sales tax correspondence issued by the state (e.g. L1234567890)

Texas
Information required:
- Texas Sales Tax Account Number (11 digits)
- Texas Sales Tax Webfile Number
Where to find:
- Your Texas Sales Tax Account Number will be on your permit mailed by the state or on the home screen when you log into the Texas Comptroller website
- The Webfile ID is "RT" followed by 6 digits (e.g. RT123456). This would be printed on your first paper return mailed to you by the state of Texas.
- If you do not have your Webfile ID you may call the Texas Department of Revenue at 1-800-442-3453 to reach their 24/7 automated help desk. From there you can request a Webfile ID be mailed to you, or if you have the payment amount made on your last return can request the Webfile ID be provided over the phone.

Utah
Information required:
- Utah Sales Tax Account Number
- Utah PIN (6 digits)
Where to find:
- Your Sales Tax Account Number can be found in your Utah TAP account or on your sales tax permit
- Your 6-digit Utah PIN was mailed when you opened your account
- If you do not have your PIN you can request it from tapsupport@utah.gov, be sure to include your account number and Utah TAP username. You may also call 801-297-3996 to get your PIN number if you are the account owner or registered agent and are able to verify your personal information.

- Under Manage Your Account, choose "Assign a Tax Preparer"
- Remove any assigned tax preparer
- Enter our Unique ID: Anrok3P
- Choose access level: Master
- Select Assign

Vermont
Information required:

- Select the "I Want To" tab
- Under the Access Management section, select "Manage Third Party Access."
- Select "Add or Update Access."
- Enter Third-Party Username: ALFTANROK!
- Access levels: Choose the "Allow only this login to access my account(s)" radio button.
- Define access to your account(s) for Account Type "Sales & Use": Please select the "Add Access" checkbox.

Washington
Information required:
- None. You will need to add Anrok to your account.
Where to find:
- N/A
Action items:
- Log in to your Washington excise tax account with the Department of Revenue. Navigate to the tax return home screen and go to "More Options" in the upper menu and select “Add or Remove Other User’s Access.
- From there, select Add User. You will be asked to provide the following:
SAW User ID: alft-anrok
Email: alft@anrok.com
- You will then be prompted to input the type of access – please select Account Manager.
- Finally, you will be asked to select the accounts to grant access to – please select both Excise Tax & License (or just License if you are not already registered for Sales & Use so Anrok can register for you). Then click Submit.
West Virginia
Information required:
- Follow the action items outlined below to add Anrok to your existing tax account

Log into the West Virginia Tax Division account
- Select "Manage My Profile"
- Select "More…"
- Select the “Grant Third Party Access” link in the Third Party Access section.

- Review and verify the Third Party information by selecting the "This is the correct 3rd Party" link
- Select the accounts to grant access by selecting the account name link
