Overview
To streamline your sales tax compliance, Anrok can file returns and remit payments directly to tax authorities on your behalf. This automated approach saves you time and helps ensure accurate, on-time filings across all your registered jurisdictions. To perform these filings and payments, Anrok needs authorized access to your existing sales tax accounts in each state where you're registered. This authorization allows us to:
- File sales tax returns on your behalf — Anrok automatically prepares and submits your sales tax returns to each state by the required due dates.
- Submit payments directly to state tax authorities — When your sales tax liability is calculated, Anrok can initiate payment directly from your designated bank account to the appropriate state tax authority.
- Retrieve account information — This comprehensive access ensures Anrok has a complete picture of your tax profile in each state, enabling accurate filings and helping identify potential issues before they become problems.
The setup process varies by state, as each tax authority has its own procedures for adding third-party access. Select your state below to view the specific requirements and linking procedures for that tax authority:

Alabama
Information required:
- Sales Tax ID Number
- Sign-on ID
- Access Code
- Third-party Password
Where to find:
- Your Sales Tax ID Number is the nine-digit account number found in your My Alabama Taxes (MAT) Account.
- Your Sign-on ID and Access Code were mailed to you when you first registered your sales tax account.
- Your Third-Party Password is created in your My Alabama Taxes account. If you haven't set one up yet, follow the Action Items below.

- To check for or enable third-party access within your My Alabama Taxes Account:
- When logged into your MAT account, click the Profile Icon at the top-right of the page and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
- Alternatively, click the My Alabama Taxes (Home) link to go to the page you see when you first sign in, then click the Manage My Profile link in the top-right of the page.
- Click the Other Actions... tab near the top of the page
- Check that Third-party access is allowed
- NOTE: You will need a Full Access or Administrator MAT login to manage third-party access.
- To create a Third-party Password:
- In the Access panel of your MAT account, click the Manage Third Party Access link
- Next to the Allowed label, you'll see a link that displays the current setting for third-party logins for this account. Click that link to change the setting.
- NOTE: If third-party access is enabled, you may configure a third-party password by clicking the Set Password or Update Password link. This password should be different from your own passwords since you will give it to third parties.
- Click OK to set the third-party password. The Anrok form will ask for this password.
- Return to the Anrok app, complete the form, and submit it
Arizona
Link your existing Arizona TPT account to Anrok
If you already have an Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) registration, you can link your existing account to Anrok so we can file and remit on your behalf. This guide walks you through each step of the process — from locating your TPT Account ID to granting Anrok delegate access through AZTaxes.gov.
Information required:
You'll need to provide Anrok with your Privilege Tax (TPT) Account ID.
Before you begin:
To complete the linking process, you will need access to the following:
- Your AZTaxes.gov account — You must be able to log in as the Primary User (Security Administrator) for the business you want to link.
- Your Business Name — The business name must match what you provided to the state of Arizona when you registered for your TPT account.
- Your TPT Account ID — This can be found under Business Details in your AZTaxes.gov account. the Business Details of your Arizona Taxes account.
If you do not have access to your AZTaxes.gov account or are unsure of your TPT Account ID, contact the Arizona Department of Revenue for assistance before proceeding.
Submit your TPT Account ID to Anrok
Start by sending your TPT Account ID and Business Name to registrations@anrok.com. Once we receive your information, Anrok will submit a delegate access request to your Arizona TPT account on your behalf.
This typically takes 1–3 business days. When the request has been submitted, we will send you an email letting you know it's time to approve the access request in your AZTaxes.gov account.
Note: Please do not proceed to the next step until you have received confirmation from Anrok that the access request has been submitted.
Grant delegate access to Anrok
After you receive Anrok's confirmation email, log in to your AZTaxes.gov account to approve the request:
- Go to AZTaxes.gov and sign in with your credentials.
- Once you are logged in, select the business you want to link to Anrok.
- In the left-hand menu, click Security Details. You will see a list of any pending delegate access requests.
- Find the request from Anrok and click VIEW to open it.
- You will see a summary of the permissions Anrok is requesting. Approve the permissions for Anrok to look up account information, file returns, and make payments on your behalf.
- Click Approve to grant access.
- A confirmation prompt will appear — click Approve again to confirm your decision.
Once approved, you will see a Security Confirmation Page verifying that delegate access has been granted to Anrok.

Information required:
- Property Lease Transaction Tax (PPLT) account ID
Where to find:
- In the Account section of your Chicago Business District account.
Action items:
- Please complete the draft letter linked below with your company information and your 6 digit Personal Property Lease Transaction Tax (PPLT) account ID and have signed by the applicable officer. DRAFT CHICAGO LETTER
- Return the completed letter to registrations@anrok.com or you may submit it yourself to RevenueDatabase@cityofchicago.org, please copy Anrok on your email.
Colorado
Linking instructions for existing Colorado sales tax accounts
To link your existing Colorado sales tax account to Anrok, you will need to grant Anrok third-party access in your Colorado Revenue Online account. This will allow Anrok to file returns and make payments on your behalf.
Information required:
- Business Name — This must be the business name you provided to the state of Colorado when you registered.
- Colorado State Tax ID — Your State Tax ID can be found in your Colorado Revenue Online account.
Where to find:
- Your Colorado Sales Tax Account Number is located on your sales tax permit
- If you are registered with SUTS (Colorado Sales & Use Tax System), log in to your account and find your SUTS Account Number and Activation Code at the top of your account homepage.

Grant third-party access in Colorado Revenue Online
- Log in to your Colorado Revenue Online account
- In the upper right-hand side, select Manage My Profile.
- Select More.
- Under Access, select Grant Third Party Access.
- Click Next.
- Enter Anrok's access credentials
- Under User Name, enter: alft@anrok.com
- Under Access Level, select: File and Pay
- Select All Periods.
- Under Account Access, select your existing account.
- Click Submit.
- Confirm with Anrok

Connecticut

Next steps after submitting the form in Anrok:
- Monitor the email you provided in the form. In 1-3 business days, you will receive an access request from Anrok's filing entity, A LFT, Inc.

Once you receive this email, log back into your MyTaxDC account to approve the access request.
- Approval can be granted by clicking into the Manage My Profile section in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen. Navigate to the Third Party Access. Anrok will need approval for all sales tax functions (view, file, pay).
- Monitor your email for any follow-ups from Anrok until access is confirmed
Hawaii
Information required:
- Hawaii Sales Tax Account Number
- Hawaii Sales Tax Letter ID from an excise tax correspondence from the state, OR the most recent excise tax payment from your last return

Information required:
- Illinois Webfile ID number
- Account ZIP+4 code
- Last payment amount on your most recently filed return

- The Account ZIP + 4 code is the ZIP associated with your business address for your MyTax Illinois account.

Iowa
Information required:
- Iowa sales tax account Access Code.

Kentucky
Information required:
- Link Anrok to your existing Kentucky OneStop account
Where to find:

- Once logged into your Kentucky OneStop account, select Manage Permissions
- Select Invite User
- Make sure Business Services is selected in Step 1 and select Continue
- In Step 2, enter "Bradley" in the first name field, "Silicani" in the last name field, and "alft@anrok.com" in the email field, Select Continue
- In Step 3, use the dropdown to select your business and select continue
- In Step 4, select the plus by sales and use tax. Check the boxes for Sales and Use Tax Viewer, Filer, and Payer. Then select continue
- In Step 5, make sure all three roles are selected (viewer, filer, and payer) and select continue. An email will be sent to Anrok confirming user access
Maryland
Linking instructions for existing Maryland Sales and Use Tax accounts
To link your existing Maryland Sales and Use Tax account to Anrok, you will need to add Anrok as an authorizer user in your Maryland Tax Connect account. This will allow Anrok to file returns, make payments, and view notices on your behalf.
Information required:
- Business Name — This must be the business name you provided to the state of Maryland when you registered.
- Maryland Central Registration Number (CRN) — Your CRN can be found in your Maryland Tax Connect online account on your list of returns or within your most recently filed sales tax return.

Add Anrok to an authorized user in Maryland Tax Connect
- Log in your account at Maryland Tax Connect
- Select the Profile Information tab.
- Select Manage Authorized Users, then click Add New Authorized User at the bottom right side of the screen.
- Enter Anrok's credentials:
- User ID: ALFT1
- Registration Confirmation Number: TU00000003090
- Select the radio button next to your business name.
- Enter 01/01/2026 as the start date.

- Select TaxPayer Function and check the following boxes:
- File Returns for All Taxes
- Make Payments for All Taxes
- View Notices
- Click OK.
- Select TaxPayer Function and check the following boxes:

- Select the radio button next to Sales and Use Tax.
- Enter 01/01/2026 as the start date.

Massachusetts

Michigan
Linking instructions for existing Michigan sales tax accounts
To link your existing Michigan sales tax account to Anrok, you will need to provide your Michigan account credentials through your Anrok dashboard. This will allow Anrok to file returns and make payments on your behalf.
Information required:
- Business Name — This must be the business name you provided to the state of Michigan when you registered.
- Michigan State Tax ID — Your State Tax ID is either 9 digits or ME followed by 7 digits.
- State Login — Your login usernmae for the Michigan Treasury Online (MTO) system.
- State Passcode — Your passcode for the Michigan Treasury Online (MTO) system.

New York
Introduction

You will need to go to your Gateway account, navigate to the Account Access Management section and approve the Request by checking the check mark next to the ALFT request. -
Second: Once Anrok confirms account access, they will request
specific
service area access to your sales tax accounts. Anrok will email

Gateway account, navigate to the Use Authorization section.
From here you will need to give ALFT full permissions to the Read, Edit, Create, Delete, Submit functions with respect to the three sales tax items request: file a return ST-1, make payments and make accelerated payments.
Pennsylvania

- Your Texas Sales Tax Account Number will be on your permit mailed by the state or on the home screen when you log into the Texas Comptroller website

The Webfile ID is "RT" followed by 6 digits (e.g. RT123456).
This would
be printed on your first paper return mailed to you by the state
of Texas.
- If you do not have your Webfile ID you may call the Texas Department of Revenue at 1-800-442-3453 to reach their 24/7 automated help desk. From there you can request a Webfile ID be mailed to you, or if you have the payment amount made on your last return can request the Webfile ID be provided over the phone.

- Log in to your Washington excise tax account with the Department of Revenue. Navigate to the tax return home screen and go to "More Options" in the upper menu and select "Add or Remove Other User's Access.
- From there, select Add User. You will be asked to provide the following:
SAW User ID: alft-anrok

- You will then be prompted to input the type of access – please select Account Manager.
- Finally, you will be asked to select the accounts to grant access to – please select both Excise Tax & License (or just License if you are not already registered for Sales & Use so Anrok can register for you). Then click Submit.
West Virginia

Log into the West Virginia Tax Division account
- Select "Manage My Profile"
- Select "More…"
- Select the "Grant Third Party Access" link in the Third Party Access section.

Enter the following third-party information
- Third-Party Logon - alft3P
- Third-Party Email - alft@anrok.com
- Click "Next" to continue
- Review and verify the Third Party information by selecting the "This is the correct 3rd Party" link
- Select the accounts to grant access by selecting the account name link

Select the access level for each account:
- File - Allow the third party to file returns on your behalf (does not allow the third party to submit payments)
- Pay - Allow the third party to submit payments on your behalf (does not allow the third party to file returns."
- File & Pay - Allow the third party to file returns and submit payments on your behalf
- View - Allow the third party to view account information only
- Denied - Does not allow any access to the specific account
- Click "Submit"
- Return to the Anrok app, complete the form, and submit it
