Overview
To allow Anrok to file your sales tax returns and pay on your behalf we need to link up to your existing sales tax account in each jurisdiction where you are registered.

Arizona
Information required:
- Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) Account ID
Where to find:
- In the Business Details of your Arizona Taxes account.
Action items:
- Send your TPT ID to registrations@anrok.com. Within the next 1-3 business days, Anrok will send you an email indicating that they have submitted an access request to your Transaction Privilege Tax account.
- To approve you will need to login into your Arizona taxes account, and in the Business Registration section of the left-hand menu, you will have an option to select Approve Access Requests.
Chicago
Information required:
- Property Lease Transaction Tax (PPLT) account ID
Where to find:
- In the Account section of your Chicago Business District account.
Action items:
- Please complete the draft letter linked below with your company information and your 6 digit Personal Property Lease Transaction Tax (PPLT) account ID and have signed by the applicable officer. DRAFT CHICAGO LETTER
- Return the completed letter to registrations@anrok.com or you may submit it yourself to RevenueDatabase@cityofchicago.org, please copy Anrok on your email.
Colorado
Information required:
- If you are a registered Colorado Sales & Use Tax System ("SUTS") user, you will need your Account Number and Account Code.
Where to find:
- Log into your SUTS account. Both IDs can be found at the bottom of the homepage of your account.
Action required:
- Log into your Colorado Department of Revenue website and select "Manage My Profile" in the upper right

In the "More..." section, select to Grant Third Party Access and enter "alft@anrok.com" as the username to whom you would like to grant access.

Please assign All Access to both your Sales Tax account and your License account, which will allow Anrok to file & pay returns as well as renew your registration, which Colorado requires to be done bi-annually.

Finally, if you are also already a SUTS user, please email your Account Number and Code to registrations@anrok.com
Connecticut
Information required:
- Connecticut Tax Registration Number
- Sales Tax Account ID
Where to find:
- This information can be found by logging into your MyConnecticut tax account, in the Sales Tax section detail.
Action items:
- Email your Account ID and Tax Registration Number to registrations@anrok.com
District of Columbia
Information required:
- Washington, DC Sales Tax Account ID
Where to find:
- Login to your MyTaxDC account to find your sales tax account ID, in the account detail section.
Action items:
- Email your Account ID to registrations@anrok.com. Once received, Anrok will submit an access request from its filing entity A LFT, Inc and send you an email indicating the access is pending.
- You will need to log back into your MyTaxDC account and approve. Approval can be granted by clicking into the Manage My Profile section in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen. Navigate to the Third Party Access. Anrok will need approval for all sales tax functions (view, file, pay).
Hawaii
Information required:
- Hawaii General Excise Tax Account ID
- A Letter ID from an excise tax correspondence from the state OR the most recent excise tax payment from your last return
Where to find:
- Your account ID is found on your Hawaii Tax account, in the General Excise tax account details
- A Letter ID is included on all correspondence from the state regarding your excise tax account.
Action items:
- Email these two pieces of information to registrations@anrok.com
Iowa
Information required:
- Iowa sales tax account Access Code.
Where to find:
- This information would have been mailed when you first opened your account. Format: XXX-XXX.
Action items:
- Email your Access Code to registrations@anrok.com
Kentucky
Information required:
- Link Anrok to your existing Kentucky OneStop account
Where to find:
Action items:
- Once logged into your Kentucky OneStop account, select Manage Permissions
- Select Invite User
- Make sure Business Services is selected in Step 1 and select Continue
- In Step 2, enter "Bradley" in the first name field, "Silicani" in the last name field, and "alft@anrok.com" in the email field, Select Continue
- In Step 3, use the dropdown to select your business and select continue
- In Step 4, select the plus by sales and use tax. Check the boxes for Sales and Use Tax Viewer, Filer, and Payer. Then select continue
- In Step 5, make sure all three roles are selected (viewer, filer, and payer) and select continue. An email will be sent to Anrok confirming user access
Maryland
Information required:
- Maryland Central Registration Number ("CRN")
Where to find:
- Your CRN may be found in your Maryland Tax online account on your list of returns or within your most recently filed sales tax return.
Action items:
- Email your CRN to registrations@anrok.com
Massachusetts
Information required:
- None.
Where to find:
- N/A
Action items:
- Log in to your Mass Tax Connect account, and navigate to the "Manage My Profile" section. From here select "Assign Access Rights to a Third Party" under the Third Party Access section.
- From here you can search and select A LFT, INC. from the menu (the Anrok filing entity).
- Select the "Sales Tax" account as the account you want Anrok to have access to, select "File & Pay" from the Access Rights dropdown, and then press submit.
New Mexico
Information required:
- None.
Where to find:
- N/A
Action items:
- Log into your New Mexico TAP Account
- Select the "Manage My Profile" link in the top right corner
- Select the "More Profile Options…" tab
- Select the "Manage Third Party Access" link in the Access Management panel
- Select the "Add" link
- Follow the on-screen instructions to grant another taxpayer access to your account
- Grant Access using Anrok's logon: alft@anrok.com
- Click Add/Edit Account Access and select View, File & Pay
- Select Gross Receipts Tax from the available account type
- Select Submit
New York
Information required:
- None, if you chose to follow the action steps below to add Anrok.
- If you would prefer we can do this on your behalf, and if so we will need your login and password to the sales tax system. Send these login credentials to registrations@anrok.com with the request.
Where to find:

Action items:
Create a new user on your New York Tax account for us.
- When you log in, use the drop-down menu on the left-hand side. Under the Business” section, select “User Summary”.
- Then click to Add a New User, which will present you the following fields. Please use the below information for Anrok, inputting your Company name where notes:
First Name: Reporting

Once you click submit we can take it from there.
Ohio
Information required:
- Ohio sales tax ID
Where to find:
- On your sales tax permit mailed by the state, or within your Ohio Business Gateway sales tax account.
Action Items: Ohio has a two-step process
- First: Send your Account ID to registrations@anrok.com. Within the next 1-3 business days, Anrok will send you an email indicating that they have submitted an access request.
You will need to go to your Gateway account, navigate to the Account Access Management section and approve the Request by checking the check mark next to the ALFT request. - Second: Once Anrok confirms account access, they will request specific service area access to your sales tax accounts. Anrok will email you when this request has been submitted. Again, you will need to go to your Gateway account, navigate to the Use Authorization section.
From here you will need to give ALFT full permissions to the Read, Edit, Create, Delete, Submit functions with respect to the three sales tax items request: file a return ST-1, make payments and make accelerated payments.
Pennsylvania
Information required:
- Pennsylvania Account ID
- Pennsylvania Revenue ID
Where to find:
- These IDs can be found in your Pennsylvania e-Tides account in the "Enterprise Maintenance" section.
Action items:
- Email your Account ID and Revenue ID to registrations@anrok.com. Within 1-3 business days, Anrok will send you an email indicating that they have submitted an access request to your sales tax account.
- To approve you will need to login into your Pennsylvania e-Tides, where you will see the request to approve in your Messages section.
Rhode Island
Information required:
- Your Rhode Island sales tax ID
- Your Rhode Island PIN number
Where to find:
- Your sales tax ID can be found when you log in to your Rhode Island tax account
- Your PIN would have been received on a paper mailing from the state when you first opened your account. If you cannot locate your PIN you can contact the Rhode Island taxpayer division to request it.
Action items:
- Email your account ID and PIN to registrations@anrok.com
South Carolina
Information required:
- Sales Tax Account ID
- Sales Tax Letter ID
Where to find:
- Your Sales Tax ID can be filed in your MyDorway account, in the sales tax detail section.
Action items:
- Your Letter ID can be filed on your sales tax permit, which can be accessed in the Messages section of you MyDorway account
- Email your sales tax ID to registrations@anrok.com
Tennessee
Information required:
- Tennessee sales tax account ID
- Tennessee sales tax letter ID or most recent sales tax payment from your last filed return
Where to find:
- Your sales tax account ID is found in your TNTAP sales tax profile.
- A Letter ID from a sales tax correspondence issued by the state. These may sometimes be found in the If you don't have a Letter ID, please provide your last sales tax payment as filed on your most recent sales tax return.
Action items:
- Email the account ID and letter ID (or tax payment) to registrations@anrok.com
Texas
Information required:
- Your 11 digit sales tax account ID
- Your Texas Webfile ID
Where to find:
- Your sales tax account ID will be on your permit mailed by the state or on the home screen when you log into the Texas Comptroller website.
- The Webfile ID is "RT" followed by 6 digits (e.g. RT123456). This would be printed on your first paper return mailed to you by the state of Texas.
If you do not have your Webfile ID you may call the Texas Department of Revenue at 1-800-442-3453 to reach their 24/7 automated help desk. From there you can request a Webfile ID be mailed to you, or if you have the payment amount made on your last return can request the Webfile ID be provided over the phone.

Utah
Information required:
- Utah sales tax account ID
- Utah PIN
Where to find:
- Your sales tax account ID can be found in your Utah TAP account
- Your Utah PIN was mailed when you opened your account. If you do not have your PIN you can request it from tapsupport@utah.gov, be sure to include your account number and Utah TAP username. You may also call 801-297-3996 to get your PIN number if you are the account owner or registered agent and are able to verify your personal information.

Washington
Information required:
- None. You will need to add Anrok to your account.
Where to find:
- N/A
Action items:
- Log in to your Washington excise tax account with the Department of Revenue. Navigate to the tax return home screen and go to "More Options" in the upper menu and select “Add or Remove Other User’s Access.
- From there, select Add User. You will be asked to provide the following:
SAW User ID: alft-anrok
Email: alft@anrok.com
- You will then be prompted to input the type of access – please select Account Manager.
- Finally, you will be asked to select the accounts to grant access to – please select both Excise Tax & License (or just License if you are not already registered for Sales & Use so Anrok can register for you). Then click Submit.
