View who has access to your account

Introduction

Understanding who has access to your Anrok account is important for maintaining security and oversight. By reviewing who has access to your account, you can ensure transparency, accountability, and effective management of your company's data and sensitive information.

 


 

Review team members with account access

Since multiple team members may have access to your Anrok account, you can easily see who has access and review their current permission levels

There are currently two permission levels available for Anrok users, editor_role_anrok.png and admin_role_anrok.png. Both roles have access to all your company's data in Anrok, including customers, transactions, and returns. Where data is editable, both roles can edit this data.

The admin_role_anrok.png role additionally has the power to manage membership by adding users, changing user permission levels, and removing users entirely. With that in mind, these users can not change their own roles or remove themselves from the account.

  1. In the Anrok app CleanShot 2023-07-20 at 12.02.21@2x.png, go to Settings. Take me there!
  2. Under Team, review each user's profile information and permission level.
