Introduction
Managing users on your Anrok account involves three key actions: adding users to your account, editing user permissions, and removing users from your account. Adding a user to Anrok grants them access and privileges within the account, allowing them to interact with all of Anrok’s features and your company’s data. Editing user permissions changes their ability to change other user’s level of access, while removing a user revokes their access, ensuring security and compliance.
Note
Only users with the Admin role can add users to your account, edit user permission levels, or remove users from your account.
Add users to your account
You can add new users to your Anrok account if there are additional members of your team who need to access or update the information present in Anrok.

- In the Anrok app , go to Settings. Take me there!
- Next to Team, click Add user.
- Under Email address, enter the new user’s email address.

Under Permission level, select one of the following options:
- — Has access to see all your company's data in Anrok (i.e. customers, transactions, and returns) and can edit data when editable.
- — Has access to see all your company's data in Anrok (i.e. customers, transactions, and returns) and can edit data when editable. Can also add and remove team members.
- When you are finished, click Send invite.
Edit user permission levels
You can quickly change a user's level of access in Anrok if the user has changed roles in your company or otherwise needs their permission level updated.

- In the Anrok app , go to Settings. Take me there!
- Under Team, click the Options Menu button next to the user you want to edit.

Click Edit user, then under Permission level, select one of the following options:
- — Has access to see all your company's data in Anrok (i.e. customers, transactions, and returns) and can edit data when editable.
- — Has access to see all your company's data in Anrok (i.e. customers, transactions, and returns) and can edit data when editable. Can also add and remove team members.
- When you are finished, click Update permissions.
Remove users from your account
You can readily remove a user from your Anrok account if they have changed roles in your company, left your company, or otherwise should not have access to Anrok moving forward.

- In the Anrok app , go to Settings. Take me there!
- Under Team, click the Options Menu button next to the user you want to remove.
- Click Remove user, then select Remove user to confirm.
