Introduction
Resending and removing pending invitations from your Anrok account is a crucial aspect of managing user invitations. It allows you to ensure that your invitations are received and acted upon in a timely manner. Additionally, it empowers you to maintain a clutter-free and organized list of users who need access to your account.
Note
Only users with the Admin role can re-send and remove pending invitations to your account.
Re-send pending user invitations
Once an invitation has been sent, the invitee will have 30 days to accept the invitation. You can easily resend the invitation if the team member unexpectedly did not receive it.

- In the Anrok app , go to Settings. Take me there!
- Under Pending User Invites, click the Options Menu button next to the invitation you want to re-send.
- Click Re-send invite, then select Re-send invite to confirm.
Remove pending user invitations
Once an invitation has been sent, the invitee will have 30 days to accept the invitation. You can remove the invitation if you’ve made a mistake in your invitation or otherwise no longer require that user to have access to your Anrok account.

- In the Anrok app , go to Settings. Take me there!
- Under Pending User Invites, click the Options Menu button next to the invitation you want to remove.
- Click Remove invite, then select Remove pending invite to confirm.
