Your Sequoia One integration established via Integrate Anrok & your HRIS will last approximately one day and serve as an initial connection to Anrok.
We highly recommend connecting your Sequoia One account to Anrok in a persistent manner to avoid undue notifications or disconnections. To do so, set up a new admin user by following the instructions below.
Submit a New Contact Request to Sequoia One
- Submit a New Contact request by logging into HRX and navigating to HR Services > Add Administrator.
- Use the following details:
- First Name: Anrok
- Last Name: Support
- Email: hris-integration-finch@anrok.com
- Phone Number: 9177173974
- Employee of the Company: No
- Access Level: Human Resources, or Full Admin if you are granting permission to view Payroll data as well
- Contact Type: HR
- Contact your Sequoia One account representative to share that you have submitted this request.
Please allow a few business days for this connection to be re-established in your Anrok account. Once the new contact is created, it will be associated to the Anrok connection by Finch. At that time, your Sequoia One integration is fully configured with Anrok, and no further action is required by you or your team.
