Anrok Atlas is Anrok's AI assistant, available directly in your Anrok account. It gives you instant answers to questions about your Anrok data, how Anrok works, and tax compliance. Atlas draws on in-house knowledge to surface relevant guidance in seconds, whether you're configuring products, managing registrations, or pulling reports.
Anrok Atlas is powered by AI, and may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete information due to the frequency with which tax rates, rules, and regulations change. Anrok Atlas should be used for informational purposes only and does not provide legal or tax advice.
What you can ask Anrok Atlas
Anrok Atlas can help with a wide range of sales tax and Anrok questions. It's at its best when you ask it to explain how something in Anrok works, to explain a specific tax rule, or to look something up in your account. Here are some examples to get you started.

Ask about a specific registration, return, or transaction, and Atlas will pull the relevant records from your account to answer. Since it decides which records to fetch based on how it reads your question, it can occasionally grab the wrong one, so confirm anything important before relying on it.

Limitations
Anrok Atlas is powered by AI and is actively evolving. Keep the following in mind when using it.
Anrok Atlas is not tax advice. It gives general information, not advice for your situation, and it may occasionally answer something it should have deferred to a professional. Atlas should be used for informational purposes only and does not provide legal or tax advice.
Anrok Atlas can be wrong or incomplete. Like any AI, it may get facts wrong, omit details, or hit gaps in available data, and it's still improving. Verify anything you'll act on against your Anrok records, your tax team, or Anrok support.
Anrok Atlas doesn't track recent law changes. It does not have a live legislative feed, so it can't reliably tell you what laws, rates, or nexus thresholds changed recently. Verify current-law claims independently.
Anrok Atlas doesn't take actions in your account. It can only answer questions — it can't change your settings, registrations, filings, or anything else on your behalf.

- Do not submit sensitive personal information. Avoid entering personally identifiable information (PII) or confidential data into the chat.
- Chats may be reviewed. Conversations with Anrok Atlas may be reviewed by the Anrok team to help improve the product.
