Reauthenticate your billing system integration

Introduction

When you have a billing system that is currently in an CleanShot 2025-11-06 at 12.03.48@2x.png or CleanShot 2025-11-06 at 11.46.01@2x.png status, you will need to reauthenticate the billing system integration to ensure Anrok can continue to update tax or ingest transactions.

 


 

Reauthenticate a billing system

You can reauthenticate a billing system to ensure Anrok will update tax and ingest transactions moving forward. Once the billing system is disconnected, it will move to a CleanShot 2025-11-06 at 11.46.45@2x.png connection status.

Try reauthenticating a billing system in the demo above ☝️

  1. In the Anrok app CleanShot 2023-07-20 at 12.02.21@2x.png, go to Data sources. Take me there!
  2. Under Integration sources, click the Options menu button anrok_option_menu.png next to your billing system, then select Re-authenticate.
  3. Click Connect to Billing system, then sign in with your billing system credentials and complete the two-factor authentication if prompted. If your billing integration does not have the Connect to Billing system option, you will be asked to provide alternative authentication information.
  4. Once you see “CleanShot 2025-11-06 at 11.31.20@2x.png You are now logged into Billing system”, click Connect.
